Sultan completed his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy on a pre-law track at George Mason University before pursuing his Master of Science in cybersecurity from the University of Maine at Augusta. He then completed his JD at Temple University School of Law, focusing on transactional and data privacy law. 

Professionally, he has extensive experience serving as in-house counsel for tech companies, advising on complex cybersecurity issues, and teaching and mentoring students. He has a unique blend of expertise in law, cybersecurity, and higher education and is also interested in corporate law. 

Sultan is passionate about coaching applicants because he believes in the transformative power of education and the importance of guiding the next generation of leaders. He has an unwavering commitment to excellence and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. 

Sultan’s greatest strengths as a coach include his ability to break down the application process into manageable steps, helping candidates identify and leverage their strengths, and providing tailored advice to navigate the competitive admissions landscape. A fun fact about Sultan is that he speaks four languages: English, Dari, Farsi, and Tajik.

Michael has a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University, where he majored in political science and government while honing his marketing and social media skills. He first realized he had a passion for education while informally coaching several colleagues throughout their law school application journeys. His strong background in public service has also made him enthusiastic about helping those in need, dedicating hours to solving the hardest problems people face. He thoroughly enjoys sharing valuable insider knowledge to help students get into law school and feels strongly about the importance of passing the baton to the next generation of great lawyers. 

Michael’s strengths as a coach come in many forms. He enjoys creating comprehensive plans and schedules for students he works with and providing them with the tools they need at every step. His goals as a coach revolve around sustainability; he feels his job is to help students succeed on their own long term. He also enjoys directing students to pursue institutions with specific goals in mind based on their strengths, passions, and personal circumstances. Michael is excited to help students get into their dream schools and achieve future career success!

In his free time, Michael enjoys competitive sports, community events, and legal research about human rights and labor.

While at Boston College, Olivia was extensively involved in faculty research and curriculum development within the political science department. Before law school, she worked in investment banking in New York City.

Olivia is enthusiastic about helping candidates realize the value of their experiences and craft an engaging narrative to showcase their strengths and goals. She hopes to serve as a calm, insightful presence to candidates in order to minimize stress and uncertainty during the admissions process. 

As a coach, Olivia’s greatest strength is helping candidates craft stand-out essays. She is a conscientious and detail-oriented editor, passionate about ensuring that written work is expressive and error-free. Given the importance of personal statements in law school admissions, she dedicates significant time to helping candidates conceptualize, draft, and refine their essays. Recognizing that the essay-writing process can be difficult, she prioritizes organization and insightful feedback to maximize efficiency.

When she isn’t coaching, Olivia loves long-distance running, exploring new restaurants in Philadelphia, reading investigative journalism, and making weekend trips to New York City.
