Having gained acceptance to several T14 schools herself, including NYU, Penn Carey, Duke, UVA, Georgetown, UChicago, Columbia, and Northwestern, Alice possesses a unique understanding of how to stand out in the admissions process.
Professionally, Alica is interested in international/comparative law and public interest, but she also has an impressive background in research and teaching. During her time at Rutgers, she was a course instructor, learning assistant, and research assistant. She also interned at the Bureau of Intelligence and Research for the US Department of State and has received several awards for her work in both English and French. Alice will be interning at the Hague Conference on Private International Law and the Chittenden County Public Defender's Office in Vermont. She is pursuing a career in international law and criminal justice and hopes to help students navigate their own law school careers.
Alice views getting into law school as a significant life milestone and finds great joy in helping students reach that goal. She loves getting to know her students as they work together on their application materials. Her coaching approach starts with assisting students in selecting the perfect schools and guiding them through the decision-making process to ensure a balanced mix of reach and safety schools, understanding that safety schools can offer scholarships that students can later use to negotiate financial aid. She then helps create a detailed to-do list, leveraging her deep familiarity with the law school application process to ensure everything is completed on time.
By setting clear and attainable goals, Alice ensures students stay organized through the complex application process. She is also particularly skilled at helping students with their essays, ensuring they clearly articulate why they want to dedicate three years of their lives to studying law. By the end of her coaching, students’ applications are not only complete but as strong as they can be!
Outside of coaching, Alice enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, and baking; she’s happy to swap recipes at any time. She’s also recently gotten into climbing, so if anyone has any tips on how to break into V4s, she’s all ears!

Ben's LSAT journey, culminating in an impressive score of 179, involved a year-long commitment to rigorous practice and meticulous journaling to track mistakes, strategies, and thought processes. Leveraging this experience, he is dedicated to identifying and amplifying student strengths, addressing areas of weakness, and demystifying the learning process. Having spent nearly a decade refining both academic and creative writing for clarity of message, Ben possesses a deep understanding of a crucial skill for LSAT success—identifying and evaluating author perspectives. He firmly believes that cultivating robust reading habits is essential for mastering the test, and he excels at helping students dissect and simplify LSAT language as a foundational step in their preparation.
A significant aspect of his approach involves demonstrating to students that beneath nearly every LSAT question lies a similar structure with slight variations. He then assists students in recognizing their strengths and addressing any weaknesses to achieve optimal results.
In his free time, Ben loves rock climbing. He is also a political buff and history nerd. His idea of a good time is watching (or making) pretentious films and TV and playing "Model Model UN" (creating fictional countries and simulating their diplomacy with others).
While at Kenyon College, Ben was a computer science teaching assistant, honing his pedagogical skills and developing a keen understanding of how to effectively guide students. He was the recipient of the George Gund Award for his excellence in an essay examining the American constitutional republic and the John Chesnut Memorial Prize for Political Science, awarded to the student who demonstrated the most excellent work in political science. He also represented his college as a New York Times Athens Democracy Forum delegate.
Passionate about guiding individuals towards academic excellence, Ben believes in the importance of strategizing and personalizing the learning process to suit each student's unique needs and strengths. He particularly excels in tutoring the Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension sections—two key areas of the LSAT that are set to become increasingly challenging. With his knowledge, experience, and dedication, Ben is excited to support Juris students in realizing their full potential and achieving their academic goals.

After taking the LSAT, Zach realized the key to success isn’t the virtue of natural talent or luck but a very focused approach to standardized testing. He managed to increase his LSAT, SAT, and even GPA by reforming his study methods using scientifically proven methods, which he now shares with students to help them achieve similar success.
Zach’s passion for helping others began early; he has been tutoring for as long as he can remember– ever since middle school at the local public library. As he grew older and more advanced, he would teach either formally or informally to friends, students, and colleagues. With over a decade of tutoring experience, he’s helped students gain admission to prestigious schools such as Duke, Cornell, and Northwestern.
As a tutor, Zach excels in the Logical Reasoning section, where he achieved a perfect score. He doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. He values understanding each student's unique habits and background as much as sharing successful tools and strategies that have worked for him and previous students.
He brings a flexible approach to tutoring, often pausing for a side story or to poke fun at a question. He prefers shorter tutoring sessions to ensure optimal information retention without unnecessary stress. Above all, he believes in score improvement. He doesn’t adhere to popular opinions on what makes good studying; he prioritizes strategies proven to deliver tangible results!
In his free time, Zach enjoys challenging himself. He won a talent show by eating a birthday cake in under three minutes, traveled to 10 countries in 53 days, and jumped off a cliff into a channel with poisonous sea snakes!
