David is a former Brown University admissions officer based in South Carolina. David is a Brown alum, holding a B.A. in History and Biomedical Ethics. After working at a large law firm in Washington, D.C., he attended Cornell Law School and graduated with a J.D. in Public Law.
Some highlights from David’s lengthy and successful legal career include serving three years in the U.S. Navy as a Judge Advocate on active duty, then working as a U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service attorney, and practicing immigration law for more than a decade.
After his fruitful legal career, David sought out his true passion: helping law school hopefuls break down barriers to higher education access through his mentoring and experience. He headed the pre-law office at Northeastern University, deciding which pre-law students to admit while helping them gain admission to the nation’s best law schools.
David has also taken on teaching roles in professionalism and career readiness courses designed to prepare international students to work in the U.S. David is passionate about mentorship and helping candidates produce compelling, tailored law school applications.
