As a coach, Delisle takes a highly personalized approach, working closely with each student to understand their unique motivations, strengths, and career aspirations. He emphasizes the importance of a tailored strategy that aligns with long-term goals, helping individuals navigate their career paths with confidence. Students Delisle has coached have been accepted to top law schools, including the University of Chicago Law School, Georgetown University Law Center, and Washington University in St. Louis Law School. 

Delisle understands that success is rarely linear, and he encourages students to explore multiple paths to their objectives. By leveraging their strengths while also helping them overcome challenges, he ensures students build fulfilling careers. 

In his free time, Delisle enjoys taking pictures of beautiful landscapes. 

Calandra’s expertise comes from years of experience in many legal settings, including clerking for the Chief Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, practicing at a large law firm in Washington, D.C., and a boutique employment law firm in Atlanta before entering the public sector.

As a coach, Calandra's primary goal is to assist students in getting into the best law schools. However, she seeks to accomplish much more for them, given that law school is one of the most significant commitments anyone can make. Calandra seeks to empower students to achieve success, happiness, and fulfillment in the increasingly competitive and ever-changing field of law. She believes that achieving these goals need not be a process of trial and error. Instead, Calandra helps students identify and articulate their personal and professional goals before strategizing to select the law schools that best align with those goals. 

Calandra’s passion for consulting is deeply rooted in her own career journey, including her admissions success and her struggles to find career satisfaction in the early stages of her profession. She believes her experience demonstrates the impact of well-thought-out applications and individualized career planning. Drawing on the lessons she’s learned, Calandra is driven to support students in reaching their goals while helping them avoid the common pitfalls that new lawyers often face.

Aside from her passion for law and guiding students, Calandra loves cats and Home Depot, and she'll be the first to admit she might be a bit obsessed with both!

Rachel's educational experiences are invaluable to her, so she decided to use her talents to help others achieve their educational aspirations. She understands how overwhelming and anxiety-ridden the law school application process can be. She loves taking that burden away from applicants by breaking down the process to be more straightforward and understandable. Her goal as a coach is to reduce stress for applicants, allowing future law students to focus on highlighting their strengths and achieving their educational goals.

When working with applicants, Rachel strives to keep the mood light and the environment calm and relaxed. Once she has achieved a relaxed environment and the trust of her clients, she works to break down materials so the process is manageable, organized, and can be completed efficiently. Rachel’s greatest strengths as a coach include creating realistic timelines and organized schedules and helping students create standout personal statements and resumes. 

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys home organization, traveling to visit family, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and dog.
